For the Ekotechnika.cz website, we carried out a migration from Drupal 7 to version 10. In addition to migrating data, the entire environment had to be adapted to meet the client's new requirements. To make the most efficient use of the budget, we designed an improved catalog structure that could be implemented directly within the migration code. The entire process was built on Migrate API and a combination of custom and contrib modules. To enhance the user experience, we made minor design adjustments and completely restructured catalog browsing using faceted search, which significantly improves user navigation.
